Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation (Public Shareholding Company) hereby invites the concerned parties whose names have been published on its website, www.jlgc.com, or their legal heirs or duly authorized legal representatives, to visit the Corporation’s offices located in Amman, Shmeisani, Prince Shaker Bin Zaid Street, Building No. (24), during official working hours, to collect their outstanding funds or update their information in relation to the amounts listed against their names, which have remained unclaimed for more than fifteen years.
Should the concerned parties fail to do so, the Corporation hereby informs them that ownership of the aforementioned funds shall revert to the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Ownership of Lapsed Funds Law No. (35) of 1985, upon the expiry of three months from the date of publication of this announcement.
Accordingly, the concerned parties are kindly requested to visit the Corporation within the aforementioned period, bringing all required supporting documents. Legal heirs are also requested to provide an up-to-date death certificate and certificate of inheritance.
