Announcement to the Shareholders of the Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation (Public Shareholding Company Limited)
The Jordan Loan Guarantee Corporation (Public Shareholding Company Limited) calls upon the concerned individuals whose names are published on its official website www.jlgc.com, or their legal heirs, or duly authorized representatives, to visit the company’s headquarters located in Amman – Shmeisani – Prince Shaker Bin Zaid Street – Building No. (24), during official working hours, in order to claim their listed funds or update their information.
These funds have remained unclaimed for more than fifteen (15) years. In the event of failure to do so, the company hereby notifies that the ownership of such funds will be transferred to the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Government Ownership of Funds Subject to Statute of Limitations No. 35 of 1985, after three (3) months from the date of publication of this announcement.
Concerned individuals are kindly requested to visit the company within the mentioned period and bring all required documents. Legal heirs are also requested to provide a recent death certificate and certificate of inheritance.
